Hunan Beef(indian touch) : 1kg beef , one tea spoon red chilli , turmeric , salt , lemon juice , one table spoon coriander powder, half tea spoon of garam masala. Mix all these ingredients and keep it aside for half and hour . Then cook this for one hour , drain the water n keep it aside.
In a hot pan , pour two spoon of oil , then add an Onion. When its brown add some chilly flakes and curry leaves . When its dark brown, add some soy sauce. Its ready to Eat??
