Crab Bisque - so quick and easy. Sauté minced onion in butter. Add flour to make a roux. Add water and a few spoons of lobster base concentrate. Stir till thickened. Add a half cup of sherry and couple cups of half & half. Cook and stir. Add in a large can of fresh crab meat (save some aside for garnish) plus tarragon, parsley and salt & pepper. Ladle into bowls and garnish with crab meat.
