Spiced Cauliflower With Tahini. Simply chop one head of cauliflower into florets. Toss with olive oil, a pinch of cayenne, pinch of paprika, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg and a healthy pinch of salt. Bake in a 400 degree oven until lightly browned. While the cauliflower bakes whisk together a few tablespoons of tahini with a few teaspoons of lemon juice, honey, water, olive oil and salt. Taste test and adjust flavors as needed. Serve spiced cauliflower with the tahini and some minced parsley. Simple, no fuss side dish!
