Meatballs in tomato sauce with buffalo mozzarella and fresh oregano:

Make meatballs from ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, basil.
Prepare tomato sauce using diced tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, pinch of salt and pepper, grated parmagiano reggiano, oregano, basil, spoon of sugar
Cook the meatballs for 7 to 10 minutes in the tomato sauce. Make sure to cover the pan with the lid.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius, serve the tomato sauce and meatballs in heat proof plates/bowls.
Slice the buffalo mozzarella and cover the meatballs with it.
Place the plates in the oven for 5 minutes max or until the cheese is melting away.
Serve with fresh herbs on top. Bon appetit!
