Lemon and poppyseed biscuits with 200g sugar, 250g butter and an egg. Mix. Then add 250g plain flour, baking powder and 1 tbsp eacg of lemon zest, lemon juice and poppyseed. Mix. I've never used gluten free flour but I hope they work out for you as these are a baking staple for me! I love them - So easy to make and they taste so good ?
