Preheat oven to 350. Boil large-diced potatoes. Sauté meat, cook to brown. Drain some of the liquid. Spoon out meat, leaving fond. Add onion, garlic cook to brown. Then add veggies (carrots, peppers, peas, carrots), cook to color and doneness, add back in meat. Season with salt and pepper, take off heat. Drain potatoes, mash. Mix together minced garlic, melted butter, shredded cheese, egg white, salt and pepper. Mix into potatoes. Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat/veggie mixture. Put in oven for 25-30 minutes. Add shredded cheese for last 3 minutes on broil.
