Strawberry-Balsamic shrub syrup. You can drink it with seltzer water or use it in a cocktail.

Just muddle one part fruit (I used strawberries but you can use any fruit including apples, pears, mangoe, etc) one part sugar, (if you used turbinado, you may need a little more) and one part apple cider vinegar. Add a splash of balsamic to this recipe. You can also try red wine, champagne, etc vinegar but avoid white. The vinegar is just too strong. And with balsamic, just use a little bit. It'll over power your fruit. That's it!

Last part of the recipe- put all the ingredients in a container and place in fridge for 24 hours. Strain the fruit and put the syrup in a jar. Good for months.
