Seriously these gluten free peanut butter cookies are as easy as they are delicious!
Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 large egg, and a dash of vanilla extract to taste(yep! that's it!!!). Roll dough into balls. Place them on a cookie sheet and flatten them gently with the tines of a fork creating a cross hatching pattern(I absolutely love this pattern on these cookies). Bake at 325* for 15 minutes or until desired crispness(or chewiness if you are like me)! Let cool then drizzle, dunk, or drown in chocolate (this step is not necessary but chocolate makes everything better) then proceed to eat your weight in these amazing cookies! (You can also add different things to the dough I have added chunks of chocolate, raisins, oatmeal, nuts, toffee, chopped pieces of bananas and apples the possibilities are endless!) #notcontest #baking #dessert #glutenfree #notarecipe #cookies
