Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage jambalaya. Season chicken and shrimp with Cajun spices (or try Emeril's Original Essence). Add peppers, onions and garlic per preference. Cook chicken then set aside. Cook sausage, set aside. Cook shrimp then add previous proteins. Cook pasta to taste then add to the stars of the show. Mix in about a cup of your pasta water and heavy cream to pan. Add cheeses per preference. Final product should yield Cajun flavors with smooth creaminess of the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
