Key Lime Pie
-Make a graham crust:
•Mix 16 crushed or finely ground graham
crackers with 3 tablespoons of sugar and
1 stick of butter (melted).
•Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
•Mix 4 egg yolks until light yellow.
•Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
Mix til combined.
•Slowly add in 1/2 cup of key lime juice, fresh
squeezed when possible. Approximately
1 1/2 bags of key limes are needed.
•Pour filling into pie crust.
-Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
-Top with fresh whipped cream + enjoy!
