Sauté shiitake mushrooms in butter and white wine with shallots. Boil pasta for 2/3 of cooking time and add frozen peas to same water. Once both are cooked, toss in sauté pan with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Seasonings include garlic, salt, pepper.
