Sauté 2 onions and 2 cloves garlic then brown 2 lbs ground beef. Add 1 carrot chopped, 3 stalks of celery chopped and 1 red and 1 yellow pepper chopped. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Pour in 2 cups chicken stock and 1/2 cup cream, bring to boil and reduce until thickened. Cover with a layer of corn then mashed potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins then turn on broiler to brown the top all nicely.
*flour may be to thicken sauce if need be.
