Black Bean Sweet Potato Quinoa #veggieburger. Combine cooked black beans, slightly less quantity of cooked quinoa, medium baked sweet potato, Tbs white miso, Tbs tahini, salt and pepper to taste. For the spicy sauce, soak raw cashews for at least an hour, blend with fresh water to desired consistency.. Add sea salt, pepper and sriracha to taste! Layer in your favorite veggies.
