Black Bean Sweet Potato Quinoa #veggieburger. Combine cooked black beans, slightly less quantity of cooked quinoa, medium baked sweet potato, Tbs white miso, Tbs tahini, salt and pepper to taste. For the spicy sauce, soak raw cashews for at least an hour, blend with fresh water to desired consistency.. Add sea salt, pepper and sriracha to taste! Layer in your favorite veggies. Here I used spinach, avocados and beet. #vegan #meatlessmonday #glutenfree (use bun of choice or use grilled portobello mushrooms!) For vegan cheese, I used Field Roast Chao slices. Enjoy! Super simple and really delicious!

Forgot to add raw sunflower seeds to recipe- grab a handful and throw 'em in! Pulse all together in food processor, make patties and sear in oil of choice in a heavy bottomed nonstick pan!
