Pan fried tenderized hip steak, with smashed baby potatoes and sautéed shredded Brussels sprouts.
Fry seasoned steak in high heat. Toss shredded Brussel sprouts in olive oil with chopped broccoli stems and red onion, sautée over medium heat, add minced garlic and sambal Chili paste.
Parboil baby potatoes smash with a fork, drizzle with olive oil and bake until crisp at 400F, top with Greek yoghurt and chives.
