Slice/dice a yellow onion. Sauté onion and 1 1/12 pounds ground turkey breast in a heavy pot with 1 tablespoon each of chili powder and taco seasoning until cooked in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Put in separate bowl. Peel and dice 3 sweet potatoes. Put in the same pot and brown with another tablespoon each of taco seasoning and chili powder. Add 3 minced cloves of garlic, 2 cups of water, and 2-3 cups low sodium chicken broth. Once tender, use an immersion blender or blend together sweet potatoes to desired consistency. Add back in the ground turkey breast and onions. Also add 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained. Heat through. Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne if you dare. Enjoy!
