Our Manager of Email Marketing, Jovan Stojanovich, knocked this dish out of the park by starting with homemade phyllo dough. He filled it with a mixture of frozen spinach, feta cheese, salt, and eggs, baked it at 350F until browned, and finished it with a little melted butter.

Actually if you combine spinach, dill, green onions, and feta cheese, lightly mixed with salt and pepper and philo dough layered with olive oil, that's the traditional Greek recipe.
