#(not)recipe herby slurry for boneless leg of lamb. Garlic. Olive oil. Dijon. Lemon peel. Parsley. Chives. Salt. Rub over lamb. Marinate 4-12 hrs. Wipe off excess. Roll in fine panko. Roast 425 until browning. Reduce to 375 until internal temp is 135. Rest before slicing.
