Gingery kale, walnuts, black soy beans + spicy salmon
Cook thinly sliced green onion, grated ginger, & red pepper flakes in oil until fragrant, then add chopped Russian kale, mushroom slices, and walnuts, cook until kale begins to soften. Add cooked soy beans and place salmon in same pan, put on a lid to steam until salmon is done. Sprinkle on salmon black pepper, marjoram, cacao nibs, and hot sauce. Salt vegs as desired.
