I dehydrated these blood orange slices last December when I found them at a winter farmers market. I've been keeping them in a bag in the freezer. For a quick appetizer they make a nice crunchy base, just added a bit of goat cheese and orange habanero marmalade preserved put up in the pantry last fall.
