Shove half of an avocado onto a small piece of bread. It will fit—don't give up!!! Then top with mung bean hummus (not sludge!!!) made by processing mung beans until fluffy, then adding lemon juice, BLACK tahini, salt, and garlic. Process till smooth, then add water, a little at a time, until magically smooth and creamy. It might not look like food but it will still taste good.
