Make a batch of beef/pork meatballs. Cook on the stovetop in crushed tomatoes, balsamic, garlic, red pepper flakes and a bit of sugar. Once cooked, sprinkle with parmesan, feta and chopped parsley. Pop in a high-heat oven for 15 minutes.
