Chinese tea eggs!
Easy to make. Takes kid of long though...but so worth the wait! =)

Boil eggs until half cooked, crack the shell a little and put into a pot simmered with soy sauce, tea bags, a couple tablespoons of chicken marinade for added flavor but not needed.

Simmer for a couple of hours and enjoy!
