{Leftover Ham & Cheddar Soup} Sautee potatoes, carrots and onion, add 2 cups broth, simmer 20 minutes. In another sauce pan, make a rue, add a bag of shredded cheddar then stir in your leftover ham and frozen peas. Combine the two sauce pans and you have yourself a hearty soup.
