Quinoa fajita bowl:
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, red chilli flakes, garlic, olive oil, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and keep aside. Chop some red and yellow bell peppers, red onions, poblano peppers. Cook quinoa according to instructions. In olive oil cook the chicken with the juices. Remove. In the same pan add the veggies and saute for a bit. Add the chicken back. To assemble bowl, add quinoa, the chicken and veggies, sliced avocados, lettuce, cilantro, lime juice and lettuce and serve. #notcontest
