A riff off a Bon Appetit "recipe" for crispy chickpeas. Sauté canned chickpeas with two cloves garlic, crushed, and some torn fresh herbs. I use whatever I have on hand. Today it was basil, parsley, chives, and dill. Serve over pasta (or on toast!) with ricotta (or Greek yogurt)
