Prepare a mixture of whole grain mustard, grated ginger, soy sauce, and either a dash of maple syrup, honey or mirin. Coat your salmon with it, and bake it in the toaster oven or oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on the thickness of your salmon). Add some avocado, brown rice, and crispy sesame nori sheets, and you are good to go! Easy wholesome 20 minute dinner. ?
