Sauté garlic, onions, red and green peppers in olive oil for 10 minutes in pan. Boil spaghetti until al dente. Combine spaghetti in pan with peppers with one cup of pasta water. Let reduce for 2 minutes. Add a dash of olive oil, tomatoes, red pepper flakes and Parmesan to taste!
