Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight. For the apricot compote : add dried apricots, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods and honey to a pan and cook until the apricots are tender. Alternate layers of chia seed and compote, and finally top with chopped pistachios. #breakfast #chia #healthy #vegetarian
