Halibut cheeks, Spring vegetables, faro with herbs

Blanched peas, asparagus, fava beans
Cooked faro-5 min boil + 1hr simmer 1:4 ratio + pinch of salt
Finely chopped herbs: dill, chive, mint

Sauté halibut cheeks in butter/olive oil, flip and remove to warm oven
Deglaze pan with white wine, add peas, asparagus, fava beans
Add butter, squirt of lemon, dill

Sauté cooked faro in some olive oil, as it gets a bit toasty toss with mint and chive
