Fig & Mustard Glazed Pork - In a plastic bag, combine equal parts fig jam and Dijon mustard. Add garlic, salt, pepper, a dash of soy sauce, plus whatever herbs suit your fancy. Add pork tenderloin to bag and smush around until completely coated. Let marinate at least one hour. When ready, roast pork alongside whatever veggies suit your fancy, flipping at the halfway point. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve. #dinner
