Honey balsamic beets: melt butter in sauce pan. Add a dash of balsamic vinegar and a squirt of honey. Stir. Add pre-roasted beets, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Sautée until hot. You can sprinkle some herbed goat cheese and/or toasted pecans on top if you want to, but it's not necessary. I have trouble getting any on the plate because I'm constantly eating them out of the pan while they cook. #vegetables
