Bacon and egg noodles - perfect for brunch
Cooked a pack of yakisoba noodles, fry some bacon and cut them into pieces. One soft boiled egg (6mins). Make a soy dressing with light soya sauce, minced garlic, morin, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sugar. Make Chili garlic oil with minced garlic and Chili flakes fry in canola oil. Toss noodles in soy dressing, top with bacon, egg, sliced spring onions and garlic Chili oil.
