Boil pasta, add asparagus chopped into 1 inch pieces in the last 1.5 minutes. Meanwhile sauté plenty of garlic and bread crumbs and red pepper flakes in butter and oil. Mix some warm milk with ricotta and Parmesan. Add cooked pasta and asparagus to cheese mixture and toss, add a splash of lemon juice too! Twirl pasta into bowls and top with parsley, bread crumbs and more Parmesan cheese.
