Pesto shrimp flatbreads. Pre-cooked small shrimp with onions and some oil, salt and pepper and paprika. Used flatbreads, pesto and low fat shredded mozzarella cheese from Trader Joe's. Spread a fair amount on the flatbread, layered fresh spinach and some cheese. Then the pre-cooked shrimp and some more cheese of course and topped with sundried tomatoes. Baked for about 12 minutes at 365. Easy and delicious. Made them for a girls night in.
