A new pizza dough recipe takes on leftovers beautifully! Roast chicken with clementines, fennel and thyme. 390 grams bread flour, 2.5 tsp yeast, 2 tsp sea salt, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup warm water. Place dry ingredients in food processor, with machine running add the liquid in a steady stream. Process 2-3 minutes. Cut dough in 2, let rest 20 minutes. Wrap in plastic and freeze.
