Take your favourite banana bread recipe. Microwave your bananas and reduce the resulting juices. Mix your wet and dry ingredients as usual, adding a heaping spoonful of tahini to the wets and folding in toasted sesame seeds once combined. Pour into the pan of your choice and top with more sesame seeds. Enjoy!
P.S. I like using a combination of dark brown sugar + granulated sugar with molasses for a little more depth
