Cook cavolo nero (though any kale would do, too) in salted boiling water, then drain well. Add your favourite extra virgin olive oil to the hot dry pan you cooked the greens in, scissor in a chile pepper finely, crumble in some walnuts, then add the cavolo nero (having squeezed out excess liquid) and toss well to mix. Squeeze over the juice of half a small lemon (or to taste) and pour a little more evoo in then mix well again, decant into a bowl and dig in!
