Crispy Baked Red Hot Chicken Wings

Hot sauce: mix butter, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a medium bowl, let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in Red hot sauce (i used Frank's); keep warm

Chicken wings: Toss the chicken wings in a mix of cayenne pepper, paprika powder, pepper, slat, sugar and olive oil to coat
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy - about 1 hour.

Serve immediately with plenty of hot sauce.
