Gluten free bread w eggs and steamed collards mushroom w red pepper and lemon juice.
Cooked eggs to over easy w runny yokes in olive oil. Plated on toast and added to the pan collard greens, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt pepper to taste. Just a pinch of everything really since I only made about a cup of collards. Quick sauté until the greens wilt.
