Buffalo Chicken Meatballs- mix a package of ground chicken with: shredded carrots/celery, 1/2 cup ground oatmeal, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, 1/4 cup of your favorite buffalo sauce, 1 whole egg, and 1 egg white Next form your meatballs Into the size of golf balls and lay them out a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 min. I then took my pre baked meatballs and froze them until I was ready to toss them in buffalo sauce and pop em in the crockpot on low for a game day snack. #gamedayeats #chicken #cleaneating
