45 minute Turkey Ragu. Brown bacon, legs and remove. Brown the onions, carrots, garlic for a few minutes. Add the bacon and turkey back in along with a can of good tomatoes and a cup of so of stock. Bring up to pressure for 30 mins, quick release and adjust seasoning as it simmers while the pasta cooks. Assemble by portion in a bowl so all the pasta gets coated. Top with Parmesan if you want!
