Sauté the green separately with rooster sauce

18 clams clean well three time in fresh cold water

Drop a 1 spoon of unsalted butter with 2 spoons Thai chile paste & chopped green chille (optional) stir it for 3 min /medium heat/ then , drop 16oz wheat beer with no citrus or any sorts of flavor; less alcohol (optional).. Sur till it boils then drop the 18 clams wait till they pop pop pop all of them take them out thicken the sauce with some corn starch & drop the veggies & clams together viola!!
