Not the prettiest (not)recipe but it's delicious! Sautée onion, garlic, rosemary and red pepper flakes in olive oil until onion is soft. Add chickpeas, kale, chopped sundried tomatoes and capers. After a few minutes, stir in cooked spaghetti squash. Top with toasted pepitas. Enjoy!
