Fresh spinach, artichoke heart and Manchego grilled cheese with some mozzarella to add to the goo factor. The rye bread and Manchego duked it out in the flavor ring, will probably go with sourdough bread next time.#notarecipe #lunch
Chop the fresh spinach into fine ribbons, chop artichoke hearts and pat with a paper towel until very dry. Butter one side of bread put in pan on med heat. Put cheese then spinach and artichoke hearts, top with remaining cheese and other slice of buttered bread. Toast for about 5 minutes on each side.
