BEST WINGS EVER!!!! Seriously! Lightly Coat wings in a mixture of flour, baking soda, cayenne, black pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Refrigerate wings for 45mins. Re-coat wings in flour mixture. Bake on a oiled sheet pan for 45mins flipping halfway through.
Sauce-- heat butter, Frank's hot sauce, sriracha, garlic, honey mustard, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Rest wings for 15mins and heat deep frying pan with veggie oil on med. heat. Fry in batches rested wings for 4mins on each side. Then toss in sauce. The crispest, moistest and yummiest wings EVER!
