Chai oatmeal has become my morning standard. Make up your favorite oatmeal in almond milk, a splash of coffee (because it's just sitting there after all.) While it cooks add in 1/4 tsp of chai spice powder. (Not the tea concentrate.) Add sweetener of choice. Stevia for low cal or coconut sugar for an interesting depth. Throw some nuts and dried fruit in the bottom of the bowl. I like walnuts, chopped apricots and raisins. Add oatmeal and top with fresh fruit. Keeps me going all morning. #breakfast
