Potato and Apple gillete! Super thin slice russet potatoes and boil until they give a little with a fork. Set aside and thin slice a sturdy apple. Make alternating layers of potatoes and apples in a pleasing pattern-don't forget to season with salt, pepper, butter, and a dash of nutmeg after every two layers. Pour a splash of heavy cream over the top and healthy sprinkle of rosemary. Bake at 425 until the top crisps up
