When you cook it put the chicken on a bed of thin onion and lemon slices to stop it from sticking( they taste amazing to when they are in the chicken juices)
Cook it in a oven at 180 celsius until the juices running from it are clear

Add to that 1 tsp of cumin 2 tsp of paprika 1 tsp of cinnamon and ad thyme or oregano to taste + salt and pepper, mix those together then grate the garlic and ginger, add a tbs of tomato paste and natural yogurt, mix it all up and then put the spatchcocked chicken in
