Combine approx. 2 cups of berries. Pictured: blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries. Sprinkle fresh lemon juice and sugar over and sit while prepping the topping. Combine approx. 2 cups rolled oats, brown sugar to taste, small amount of flour and enough butter to adhere the mixture together. Pour berries into pan, sprinkle on topping and bake at 350 until desired done-ness. About 40 min. Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream ?

Hello! Thanks so much for sharing this! This looks like a wonderful dessert to enjoy after a good meal. It almost reminds me of a berry cobbler. Do you find it easy or hard to make? Looks great! Gotta try it! I love fruity type desserts.

It is SO easy :-) I tend to make it after a couple glasses of wine when I want something warm and sweet! I have also used frozen berries as a substitute. It lacks the crust of a cobbler but if you are okay with it turning out a bit runny you won't be disappointed, it kind of acts like a sauce for the ice cream. Side note I have also done this with fresh peaches in the summer it's so versatile and easy!!
