Hi! This recipe is an Easter-themed one. It is basically a S'mores dip made with simply just three ingredients: Peeps, heavy cream, and semi-sweet mini chocolate morsel chips. You use 1/2 cup heavy cream and 2 cups of the chocolate chips. The amount of Peeps will vary (however many it takes to cover the entire chocolate portion underneath). Place the chips and the heavy cream in a small tin foil pan or a pie plate. Then you top with an assortment of colored marshmallow Peeps, and bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown on the top. Serve with graham crackers as the dippers. It serves about 6-8 people I would say. This was my family's first time making it this year, and it was so yummy! It is such a sweet treat if you love the classic campfire treat. What makes this treat so unique and fun for anyone of all ages is the rainbow that is created from the varied colored Peeps that are layered on the top. You can use any colors. We will definitley be making this again at some point. Enjoy! :) Thanks for reading.
